1. Who is responsible for your information?

Postvella is a service operated by Rayona Digital, a sole proprietorship based in Québec.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably required to provide, secure, and improve the service.

• Account: first name, last name, email, phone number, and language.
• Invitations: event content, images, templates, visual preferences, and instructions submitted to AI.
• Contacts and RSVPs: names, phone numbers, personal links, and guest responses.
• Payments: amount, taxes, status, and transaction references. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Postvella.
• Communications: support requests and correspondence with our team.

3. Why we use this information

• Create and manage your account, templates, and contacts.
• Generate AI artwork when you request it.
• Process payments, taxes, coupons, and order confirmations.
• Send invitations by MMS and collect RSVPs.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

4. Guest contact information and consent

You remain responsible for the contact information you upload. You must have the right to use it and ensure that sending the invitation complies with applicable laws. Invitation links are personal and should not be shared publicly.

5. Service providers

We share certain information with providers acting on our behalf, only to the extent required for their services.

• Hostinger for website hosting and infrastructure.
• Stripe for payments, fraud prevention, and tax calculation.
• Twilio for MMS transmission and delivery tracking.
• OpenAI to generate or modify requested AI artwork.
• Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from automated abuse.

6. Processing outside Québec

Some providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed. We select established providers and use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements.

You may request deletion of your account. Some copies may temporarily remain in secured backups or be retained where required by law.

8. Security

Postvella uses HTTPS encryption, access controls, hard-to-guess personal links, bot protection, and security logging. No system, however, can guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies required for sign-in, security, language preference, and form operation. Stripe and Google reCAPTCHA may also use their own technologies when their features are displayed.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw an applicable consent, or request deletion of your account. You may also ask a question or submit a complaint to Rayona Digital’s privacy officer.

11. Contact us

The principal of Rayona Digital acts as Postvella’s Privacy Officer. For questions, access or correction requests, consent withdrawal, or complaints, email notifications@postvella.com with the subject “Privacy.” We may request identity verification before processing a request.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The date shown above identifies the latest version.
